Context
For our Exhibition Design class, myself and my friend Caric Chow were challenged to create an exhibition to represent a major at UC Davis that would be held in the new Manetti-Shrem Museum on the Davis Campus. The major we were assigned was Atmospheric Science, and once we concluded our research on the larger scope of the major, we decided to focus on different atmospheric disasters. The core idea for our exhibit was to explore naturally occurring atmospheric phenomena on different scales in the atmosphere through interactive learning and visual representations.
Caric and I collaborated on the exhibition, including gathering potential exhibits and art pieces, but eventually it was time for us to split up some of the work. She handled the interior renderings, exhibit placement and overall physical experience, while I came up with the graphic brand identity and marketing.
